If you have a piece of jewellery or a watch that needs repairing or altering, please bring it into the shop for us to have a look at. We can advise you on the options you may have, and can provide you with a free quote to ensure you are happy with the cost of the work being done.

Some jewellery items may need to be sent off to a third-party jeweller who we have used and trusted for nearly four decades.

Watches (if necessary) get sent to a well trusted and highly professional watch-maker to ensure all work carried out is of the best standard.

Please note - at this moment in time, we currently do not have anybody who can repair mechanical watches. However, we are in the process of resolving this. Please keep an eye on this page for any updates we have.
